It never ever crossed my mind that Hady could be crowned the 1st EVER Asian Idol! When he sang 'Beautiful Day', I was like, why the heck did he chose that song???! I mean it doesn't suit him at all. That song must have that edgy attitude with that rocker-ish voice. Though I was not satisfied with that particular performance, my mom & I still voted for him. My mom was like, "vote eh jgn tk vote". I voted for Hady for the sake of national pride & for the fact that he can sing,though not as well as the others.

Vocally, Hady was out of the league as compared to Jac & Mau. For me, Mike's voice was ok2 laa.. Not a pain to listen to but also not something to be struck with awe. BUT if you talk about package, Hady has it. Looks,personality & voice. Hey! Hady can sing ok.

Abhijeet can easily melt my heart when he sings Hindustan songs like Kal Ho na ho but he has to work more on his english diction...

I totally could not believe it laaaaa when the female host announced Hady as the winner! I kept saying,'SERIOUS? SERIOUS? HADY?'.

If you notice, all the host did not smile laaa when the winner was announced! *watdafeak!* I know laa the result is shocking but at least smile argh!

&& I especially like the part where Hady & Abhijeet sang Kuch Kuch Hota Hai! Whoa sedap laaaa!!!!!!!! *Argh melts*

I heard from the morning news at CNA that votes tallied from each country was almost of the same percentage. BUT, since the voting system requires you to vote two countries, this is where Hady garnered the most votes!!!!!!!!!! WHOAAAAA! && thay say most of it were from Indonesia. Whoa they must be thinking,'ganteng sungguh yar laki ini'. Ouh they have not seen Taufik!

As surreal as it seems, Hady won! Whoa I'm so glad laa.. Proud tooo! Really3 unexpected. Sure not a waste of my votes!

Lastly, a big fat congratulations to HADY!!!!

Actually I was almost finished updating about my recent trip to Malaysia then............

Anyways, hopefully it will not rain laa tiz weekend!! Family picnic tiz sat liao. If not we'll have to move on to Plan
B which is either bowling or have a buffet or crash at anyone of our houses. Picnic is still no 1!! :D

So sad laa I have yet to receive a letter from AMP about the work-shadowing thing. I was super duper looking forward to it u noe... Bcoz what I chose for the work shadowing tuu might probably be what I wanna do in the future,someday I hope. Its something that I love. Hint2.. You can find the ans in my blog.. To those who already know tuu...hush2 jelah.. U know I know wat I noe... =)

IPT trip!

Whoa! The IPT trip was like better than expected lah. So fun & enjoyable. Heres how those 3 days went in a poof!

28 Nov 07

Woke up extremely early & recheck my list of things to bring.. Bid my bro farewell & wished him happy birthday as it was his bday. Super excited to go overseas for the very first time with friends sey! Some more all of my girl classmates were going. Bonus points! Reached Masjid Darul Aman around 5.15AM with Zana & Eza. Sec 3A shared a bus with sec4 & 5 boys & two of our senior girls from sec5. & whoa the journey was soooo long & mendak I should sey after awhile. & I don't know why but I couldn't seem to catch any sleep even though I was really sleepy! I envied everyone else on the bus who got to sleep ohso soundly. *tk fair!* Ade plak tu sampai berselubong lagik.. wakaka! ;p

Reached our first & only pit stop of the day at KIPSAS *Kolej Islam Pahang Sultan Ahmad Shah* which was in Pahang after what seemed to be a few hundred trips to the toilet. Muahaha. I think KIPSAS was ok2 lah. It didn't interest me much though. Me,Fifa,Kak Sam & Kak Sha were making our own 'taklimat' at the back! wakaka. & almost all of the places that we went to kept acknowledging Al-Junied & Wak Tanjong only. Arabiah should really start making our existence known sey.. tsk tsk.

Afterwards headed to our hotel in Negeri Sembilan. I shared a room with Nadra,Dja O & Ummu. While Dja & Ummu went out for a while, I switched on the TV & guess what was on? Man Utd Vs Sporting Lisbon on ESPN!!!!!!!! We both screamed simultaneously sey! Hagaga.. It was half time when we switched on the TV & Sporting Lisbon was leading 1-0. *whatdatoot!* We told Dja when she came back & she was elated also. Almaklum kite bertige ni org kuat Man Utd.. kua3. Pity Ummu coz she had to endure all those screams & jumping around & what not while the game was on. When Tevez scored the equaliser,ape lagi pekik arh! Adlina came from outside & told us she could hear us from the lift landing there. "^_^

Ronaldo's *EhemEhem* winning goal through a free kick right before the game ends was superb. The savior of the game I tell ya. Hekeke.

Obviously we slept late but I managed to drag myself up around 5.50am or so & woke the others up but to no avail. kwang3. So I washed up first then woke them up again.

First stop was KUIS *Kolej Universiti Islam Selangor* & their hospitality was a two thumbs up. They spoke of their own experiences & I could sense that they were really trying to make us think twice of our future decision on where we should be heading after O level. & that they did. KUIS is probably one of my top choices among the other places we went to.

Second stop we went was UIAM*Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia* which was kind of a bore compared to the previous place. We sat at the back & as per normal we made our own orientation.wakaka! While walking towards the huge library, felt like I was in another foreign country. People from all walks of life came there to study.

Afterwards we went SHOPPING at Berjaya Times Square! Yebedabedoo!~ But I did not enjoy it as much coz of time constrain. Seriously,while deciding whether to buy or not was like really pressurizing coz theres no time to loose! Only around 1hr 45mins to shop. & for any girl thats not even come close to exceptional. Urgh. I dislike to shop under that circumstances. But what to do...

Next stop was to fill our stomachs with free food at Restoran Nelayan Titiwangsa. By the name you can tell that seafood was the main menu. *gedebakgedubuk* Time to go to a different hotel.

Whoa the hotel was so much smaller than the previous one sey! Got to lift the mattress on the floor for some praying space & ESPN was unavailable! Urgh. But nvmind, I'll compromise with it just for a few hours of sleep.

Wah so fast time flies & its already the last day of the trip! Boohoo! Gonna miss the fun that we had especially during the journey in the bus. Played dare,teka-teki,talk,eat a bunch of junk food,took candid photos of unsuspecting victims. huahua.

First place we went to was USIM*Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia*. YAWN!!!! Seriously making me fall asleep. If only I was not sitting where the person talking could see me...I'd have fallen into a deep sleep already! The way they presented the talk was too formal for students like us who need just a tinge of humour to make us stay alert. I thought I was gonna fall asleep but someone beat me to it already. huahuahua. Only Nad & Dja would comprehend..wakaka. The most dragging talk among all. Sry to say!

Next stop was a bumpy ride from Negeri Sembilan all the way to Melaka. Destination: KTIAM*Kolej Teknologi Islam Antarabangsa Melaka* This falls second behind KUIS on my list. I have to give credit to the person who gave us the talk which was fast & straight to the point,the way I like it.

Afterwards,we were told to perform our prayers in Masjid Tanah & we could shop around that area. While strolling around from shop to shop,suddenly my left eye felt so painful coz something went into my eye. It got more red from time to time as I tried to endure the pain. I couldn't blink coz the more I blink the more painful it gets. So i decided to cut the shopping trip short & went back to the bus to get my solution & went to the toilet to get the left side of my contacts removed. By then it was very red already.. kwang3. So I got on the bus early & dropped some eyemo. Then suddenly a light bulb moment. I took out my shades & wore them. huakeke. Can't see my eyes rite..wakaka. Abe ade org tu sedap jek amek gmba org.. hmmmmph...

Then afterwards was the long journey back to Singapore. Stopped at Gelang Patah for a prayer break & to get something to eat. Soon it ended & everyone went their seperate ways at Eunos.

The next morning.... went out again but this time with my cousins! Yebedabedoo!~ Though I was drop dead sleepy, I still wanted to tag along. Its been donkey years since we last saw two of our cousins due to some probs. I'm glad that they came along too! Reunion sey! Best2! Plus our Pak Usu aka 'godfather' was there too with Mak Usu....They are all a bunch of jokers.. All day long I can't stop laughing & bursting into giggles..

We went to Marina Square after meeting up at City Hall to go to Superbowl. Unfortunately the waiting list there was very long & they can't promise what time exactly the next empty slot would be. & so they decided to go bowling at Marina South. & I was like,'where in the world is Marina South? Never heard b4...' The place actually exist but it was kind of difficult to get there by bus coz there was only one accessible bus. So we split up,some took Pak Usu's car which i was one of the lucky ones while the others took a cab.

Suprisingly,the place was not crowded with people & no one was looking on while we played unlike the one at Marina Square.heekeke. Best lah!

Next we headed to VivoCity to catch a movie,most probably Enchanted but unfortunately, full house lah! Left only the front row seats.. Haish...Watda.... Nvmind2..

At last we ate Ice cream at Haagan Daz... fooh! Bnyak sedap hor.. Ice creams for 13 people was on the house sponsored by our dearest 'godfather'.. kuakuakua.... We brought the house down man by our laughters.. I saw some turning of heads. lols. But who cares! wakaka...Then Abg Hafiz said,"wah best makan banyak vitamin F." I was like,"Vitamin F? Vitamin ape tu...". Then he said,'Vitamin FREE! Hahaha'.. lols.

Afterwards we strolled around for awhile & decided to sleepover at our godfather's place! Woohoo! I like his place coz it is fully airconditioned! Weee~! Plus theres his cat to entertain us... Yea!

&& I've just realised something, among the female cousins on my maternal side, I'm the YOUNGEST! huahauhaua.. So to my cousins & PakcikMakciks who are reading this... I'm the baby girl of the family tau! wakaka..So pamper me yar! hagagaga..! =D Niwaes I had a blast! Looking forward to the upcoming & still-in-planning family picnic...!~

Talking about picnic,Sec3A when/where will our picnic be? Its our tradition remember? huakekeke..
